Salamander Electric Baron SE40/OCB
The Baron SE40/0CB is a bench-top electric salamander for finishing, gratinating and browning to order. The radiant upper deck slides on guides and lifts clear of the food, so the distance between the element and the plate can be set anywhere between 96 and 240 mm to suit anything from a delicate glaze to a fast crust.
Incoloy armoured elements sit in the movable deck, and the whole body is AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite satin finish and rounded edges. Grids and drip trays lift out for cleaning, and ventilation holes in the upper section clear heat and smoke away from the operator.
Movable radiant plate, adjustable 96 to 240 mm above the grid. 2 kW on a 220 - 240 V single-phase supply. Incoloy armoured heating elements housed in the sliding upper deck. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with Scotch Brite satin finish and rounded edges. Removable chrome-plated steel grids and drip trays. Rubber feet for bench-top use; wall mounting available via the 9003 support kit.
