The Empero EMP.BTG.01 is a lifted charcoal grill for restaurants and nyama choma operations that want authentic charcoal flavour with control over the cooking heat.
A heatproof stainless steel lift system raises and lowers the grill rack over the coals, so the operator sets the cooking temperature by distance from the charcoal rather than by moving the food. An ash drawer and air flap manage the fire, a charcoal storage cabinet keeps fuel to hand below, and the whole body is stainless steel for daily service.
