A ninth-size Gastronorm container in 65 mm depth, the workhorse pan of a professional kitchen - used for prep, storage, transport, refrigeration, bain marie service and buffet display.

Gastronorm is an international standard (EN 631), which is the point of it: any 1/9 pan fits any 1/9 opening, on any compliant counter, trolley, oven runner or refrigerator shelf, regardless of who made it. That interoperability is what lets a kitchen move food from cold store to oven to service without decanting it.

1/9 Gastronorm size - 176 × 108 mm to EN 631. 65 mm depth and approximately 0.6 litres capacity. Stainless steel, suitable for oven, refrigerator, freezer and bain marie use. Stackable, and interchangeable with any EN 631 compliant equipment. Takes a standard 1/9 GN lid.
