The Blueline U-GN4180TN is an eight-drawer low-boy refrigerated counter built on the GN 1/1 gastronorm platform, giving eight refrigerated drawers of prep storage directly beneath the worktop.
The low-boy chassis sits at reduced counter height so it can run under a pass or salamander, keeping chilled ingredients within reach of the line.
Eight refrigerated drawers sized for GN 1/1 pans, ventilated cooling with automatic defrost, digital thermostat, stainless steel construction with coved internal corners, self-closing drawers with removable gaskets and adjustable feet.
