Meat Slicer Ø 300MM
The HK-Redline 300ES-12 is a gravity-feed meat slicer with a 300 mm blade, built on a stainless steel base with the carriage running on bearings for a smooth, consistent stroke.
Slice thickness is set by a millimetric adjustment up to 3 mm, and the 300 mm disc gives both wear resistance and cutting accuracy across cooked meats, cold cuts and cheese. Two grinding wheels are built into the machine, so the blade is sharpened in place rather than removed and sent away.
Safety is handled at three points: an anti-restart system stops the machine coming back on by itself after a power cut, a reset function sits in the power button behind a master key, and an acrylic guard on the carriage keeps the operator's hands clear of the blade. The disc protector is removable for cleaning.
