The CG-P330 is a single-deck countertop gas pizza oven built around a 12 inch stone base. A 7200 BTU burner takes the deck up to 350 °C, and because it runs on gas rather than a heavy electrical circuit it suits sites where power is limited, expensive or unreliable.
The body is stainless steel, a timing device is fitted, and the oven is supplied with its pizza stone and a gas hose ready to connect.
