Dish Warmer Glass Top Sunk in Model
A sunk-in electric dish warmer that recesses into a counter or servery top, presenting a flush toughened glass warming surface of 915 × 457 mm for holding plated food and serving dishes at temperature.
The surface is adjustable between 30 and 80°C - low enough to hold delicate dishes without cooking them on, and hot enough to keep a carvery or buffet line at serving temperature through a long service. The unit sits only 60 mm deep below the counter line, and the stainless steel frame and glass top wipe clean in place.
